BUT - the one I would make for myself, and I would make EVERYTHING from this pattern, is #5855 I love everything about it. Its got a little vintage influence plus it's menswear inspired. Love! Now off to the interwebs to see if I can find one for myself. :)

S-9260 was the pattern used for my bridesmaid's dresses back in the 70s. I made one for my sister since she couldn't sew. I made my wedding dress, too, out of white eyelet but haven't seen the pattern, yet. That was as bride-like as I could get back in my hippie days.
